Re: New Forms - Mobile support Was this ever discussed? Re: Introducing New Quickbase Navigation (beta) I do not, because support can take days to respond, and I cannot leave an issue unresolved for a lengthy investigation. It seems easy enough to reproduce. Re: Introducing New Quickbase Navigation (beta) New navigation throws off formulas in rich text formula fields. I had to switch back to top navigation. I created a formula url field to update a form in a related table and return to the current form. It worked fine. The same formula in the Rich Text Formula Field did not return to the current table. It stayed on updated record when saved. Re: Pipeline that creates a record and retrieves the record ID for use in the next step I believe I was using the wrong approach. I think the better solution would be to Import with CSV triggered by a file being uploaded to a shared Google Drive. This would allow me to merge records, so I can use any unique field option. I am attempting this in another app, but getting this error, even though the Shared Drive Settings is set to 'Allow viewers and commenters to download..." I believe there's another level of permissions that I would need to request from the Google Workspace Administrator, but not sure if they will like the idea of making the folder publicly accessible. Any thoughts on this approach, Mark? ...or anyone? ------------------------------ Kelly Bianchi ------------------------------ Re: Pipeline that creates a record and retrieves the record ID for use in the next step That's what I thought, but the option isn't available. The only options are from the Search Steps. ------------------------------ Kelly Bianchi ------------------------------ Pipeline that creates a record and retrieves the record ID for use in the next step I have a pipeline that verifies whether 2 records exist in separate tables, if not the records are created, and then I need the record ID for each to add to a 3rd table because it is a 'many to many' relationship. I have the record ID for the first record, but not the second. Here is an outline of what I have... Record added to Google Dropbox imports into a Connected Table in QB (Trigger) Search Customer Records -> if empty, create new record, and then... Search Customer Rep Records - > if empty, create new record, and then... Search CRM Records -> if empty, create new record using key field, provided in the original import. However, the Customer Rep goes by the record ID which was not provided , and must be retrieved from the record that was created. How can I retrieve the record ID of a record created in a previous step? ------------------------------ Kelly Bianchi ------------------------------ Pipelines Gmail Channel, Fetching Linked Records I have created a pipeline to send an email via Gmail, and I have selected the only option available for 'Link (advanced)'. Now I'm trying to create another pipeline so I can identify which messages received from Gmail are linked to the original email sent. How do I fetch a linked record? ------------------------------ Kelly Bianchi ------------------------------ Re: Upload multiple files at once with our new File Manager Randomly getting "[File Name] did not upload. Error: You do not have permissions to perform that action. Please contact your application administrator." Is this a known issue? Re: New Forms - adding a field doesn't always work. Sorry - I missed part of your post, so my response doesn't apply. Although, I haven't had the issue with adding fields, and I've created a lot of forms. I am also using Chrome and I'm on a Mac. ------------------------------ Kelly Bianchi ------------------------------
