Just make a report of employees called Used on Records Form for Supervisors drop down and filter the report where the Role equals Supervisor. Then go to your form and for the drop down field set the form to use that report. ------------------------------ Mark Shnier (YQC) Quick Base Solution Provider Your Quick Base Coach http://QuickBaseCoach.com markshnier2@gmail.com ------------------------------ FormulasHello, Could anyone help me out to find the formula to display the Supervisor role employees alone in the Supervisor dropdown?
