However, I was wondering if you could embed a URL and hide it behind a single word or phrase, like "HERE" or "Register Here", like you can in MSWord. ------------------------------ Byron Deane ------------------------------ Changing the label for the Totaling RowYou know how the bottom row in some reports can displays totals for fields that you want to total? The label for that row is "TOT". Is there any way to change the "TOT" to "TOTAL"? Asking for a friend. :) ------------------------------ Byron Deane ------------------------------ Re: HTML TagsUGH! Ok, thank you Mark for enlightening me! Byron ------------------------------ Byron Deane ------------------------------ HTML TagsAccording to the Quick Base online help, certain html tags are supported. What tags can I use in Quick Base? However, when I try to use unordered list "
" & list item "
" tags (which are supported according to the article) to create a bullet list in a text field area of a form, I get an error that says "The text to be displayed here contains an HTML tag that is not allowed." I tried it two different ways:

Bullet item Number 1

Bullet item Number 2

Bullet item Number 3

Bullet item Number 4

Second way:

Bullet item Number 1

Bullet item Number 2

Bullet item Number 3

Bullet item Number 4

Can someone explain to me why this isn't working as expected? Thank you! ------------------------------ Byron Deane ------------------------------ Re: Trying to enhance calendar report record displays using formulas You are correct, I am still on the old version. I will contact support to see if there is a test environment that I can use before we turn on new calendar in our realm. Actually, I do have a test realm we are using for SAML integration testing, might be able to use that. Thanks for the suggestion. Re: Trying to enhance calendar report record displays using formulasTo clarify what I was asking for...has anyone tried, or found a way to use a formula to sort records in a calendar report based on a specific field?Trying to enhance calendar report record displays using formulasI am using a formula field to display record data in a calendar report because I want the records to display in different colors based on a specific record status. However, the way I am doing this I lose the ability to have the records sorted the way that I want them to sort, In my case by start time. For example, my calendar is used for scheduling time on an MRI machine. My formula originally included a field for Time In, Time Out, Name of the person who is scheduling time on the MRI and the type of MRI scan. Using the formula field alone as the field to display on the calendar, the records display in the order of record ID. However, I want them to display in the order of Time In to Time out, sort of like a normal Outlook or google calendar. I removed the Time In field from the formula, and included Time In as the first field in the display, followed by the formula field. Now my formula looks like this: If([MR Physicist Approve]="yes" and [Physician Approve]="yes","
"&[Time Out]&"|"&[PI Name]&"|"&[Image Type]&"
", If([Metal_Human_Yes-No]="Yes" and [Metal_Appvd]="no","
"&[Time Out]&" | "&[PI Name]&" | "&[Image Type]&"
", "
"&[Time Out]&"|"&[PI Name]&"|"&[Image Type]&"
")) With the Time In as the first data element in the calendar display, it does sort the records by Time In. However, because Time In is not part of the formula, it is always in Black font, with the rest of the fields in Red or Green. It works, but doesn't look great. I was wondering if anyone had tinkered with this and if there is a solution? Thanks!Re: Bi-directional weigh conversion, Kg to Lbs, and visa versaIt worked! Thank you!Bi-directional weigh conversion, Kg to Lbs, and visa versaI have a client that wants us to enhance their data entry form, which among other data collects a patients weight, so that if the weight is entered as Kg's in one field, a separate field right next to that one will auto-populate with the weight in lbs. They also want the reverse to happen, if lbs is entered then Kg's will auto-populate. Too me, it sounds like I might need to create a bunch of weight formula fields and have form rules determine which ones show when. Has anyone done this, or can anyone think of an easier way? Need some guidance. Thanks!Re: Can I auto-create a subsequent record when adding a new record, given certain data driven circumstances?Thank you! I'll give it a whirl and let you know if I get stuck!
