Subscriptions

I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but is there any way at all to set a subscription to send at a specific time/time of day?  I am aware of adding in a button to "test" the subscription, but the subscription has to remain active so that means it would send again and I am trying to prevent that.  Any help would be most appreciated.

    No, Subscription fire sometime after 3:00 am, which is 12:00 midnight Pacific Time.  There is not currently a way to schedule them by time of day.

    The only native tool we have that goes by time of say is Pipelines.  Depending on our use case there may be a way to leverage that tool.

      I have a Quality Control report to send out each day and the higher powers want it and end of business hours.  I will just email it out each day....but thank you for your help!

        You can make a dummy record in a table for this purpose with a button to run the report.   Then have a pipeline trigger at 4:30 PM to edit that record with the current date/time and this trigger an email notification.  The notification will say Click here to see the end of day report.

       I am not really sure what your question is but if you are viewing the set up screen for a subscription there is a button to test subscription. You can observe that URL and make a URL formula button out of it if you like
