Google Sheets Two Way Sync

Is there a way to do a two way sync between google sheets and a QB table?  When the QB table is updated, update the google sheet, and vice versa.  I found some documentation on how to create a pipeline but not on how to actually use it.

    Same, I only see that it can be done but no instructions on how to use it.
