    I made a YTD formula-text field that states if End Date is null then "New Hires" and if not null "Separations". 

    I then created a Summary Report that shows the number of employees that are separated between the "New Hires" and the "Separations". I'm not sure if this is possible, but I would like for the total to show a percent of the totals between the two. The percentage formula being Separations/New Hires*100.

    Could I add the formula in the YTD field, in the summary report, or do I need to take a whole different approach to this?
