duplicate results in a Formula - Multi-select Text field

I am getting duplicate results in a Formula - Multi-select Text field.  It looks like this:


My formula and settings look like this: 


Can anyone tell me how to eliminate the duplicate Air District results within each record? For example, for Customer #106, I only need it to show "South Coast" once, not three times.  I know it's doing this because that Customer has 3 records in the Facilities table and they are all in South Coast. 

I am really new at this so I couldn't make sense of the answer in a similar post.

    Can you roll these up to the parent table with a Summary(Combined Text) in the relationship then bring that new field back down if you need it in the Child Record?

      These tables aren't related, though. I'm using a formula query instead of relating them.
