Hide or Remove search results and criteria from report

When a report is executed in Quickbase the results include the number of records returned and goes on to outline the filter criteria.   This is found at the top right of the report.   In my example it says, "0 requests where Person Responsible is ....".

I do not want the user to see what criteria were being used for security purposes.

Is there a way to "hide" that from the report?
