33x price increase
Anyone else had a salesperson contact them with a 33x price increase. I just had a salesperson inform us that we would be forced to go to a new plan in which we would be charged 2.7 million per year!!...

Are you saying you currently pay 80k a year and now they want to pump you to 2.7million a year? Definitely sounds fishy...
I do know they have had some substantial rate increases lately, and are now offering to different types of contracts. Per user based or per usage based.

- That is exactly what they told us. 10 cents per api call which has to be wrong. Refused to get me a manager to discuss with.
