------------------------------- MarkShnier__YouSignature capture is not currently offered as a native Quickbase feature. But I have many clients who use this third-party add on from Juiced Technologies.

It is pretty stupid simple. It captures a signature into a file attachments field as an "gif" format image. Then if you just want to display it on a Quickbase form there is a formula for that.
Juiced also had their bread and butter Exact Forms Plus add on which can generate a PDF, for example if you needed to produce a license certificate.
