Permissions??

If I have a "roll" where I don't want them access to the app at all (hahah, sounds funny), but I want to send them reports in emails and also emails with buttons that fire off things in my app. Will ...

Notifications of type OPEN will fire to any email address. But Subscriptions will not work.
