Populate table rows with contact info from web form on website

Hi All,New to QB but learning fast.&nbsp; I'm trying to get a simple button on my website to take an interested person to a web form to fill out simple contact info that would automatically populate a row within a table.&nbsp; Can't quite find the connection here in QB, but i think/hope its easy.------------------------------Thomas Salcetti------------------------------

Thomas:There is a app in the app exchange called, "ABC Customer Request Tracker".&nbsp; It is built with this example in mind.You can create your own forms and it uses EOTI, "Everyone on the Internet" to accept form posts and do as you like.Let us know if this doesn't address that need.
