Mark,
Sorry, I am totally lost. I've tried following QB help documents to no avail.
I went into my Issues App (A - where the dropdown will be) and created a relationship to my Fleet App (B). But when I connect App B, it only shows the main table and not any reports (Fleet Cars, filtered) to connect to.
I really really appreciate your help! It's been a lifesaver since I've only been working with QB for 3 weeks now.

------------------------------ - WilliamWallace4 years agoQrew MemberI'll try to be more clear about what i'm trying to accomplish/
- I work in Location - "Las Vegas"
- Our "Fleet" consists of several different Vehicles "Vehicle Name", "Vehicle Location
- ", "Vehicle Type", Etc. in the "Fleet Tracker" Table in App (A)
- I created a report from this table of "Las Vegas" Vehicles of a specific "Vehicle Type" Called "Las Vegas Vehicles".
- I am tracking our Vehicles, because they sometimes develop "Issues" in a Table in App (B)
- I want to bring in the list of Vehicles from that "Las Vegas Vehicles" report into a Dropdown in App(A) to App (B), but when I create a relationship in App B, the report from App A is not visible, only the Table information.
I hope this is clear as mud, if I can expand on anything, please let me know.William Wallace

Can you post a screen shot of the form where you are trying to choose a vehicle in data entry mode and also another screen show of the form itself where you are Customizing the form to show show that drop down field is set on the form?

OK I now understand the confusion here. You need to build a relationship where one fleet unit has many issues. Here is a link to some help on relationships.
https://help.quickbase.com/user-assistance/about_relationships.html
What you have on the form is a simple shared multiple-choice field. Those fields are rarely useful. Anytime you're making a shared multiple choice field chances are what you really want is a relationship instead. For example in your use case there's no ability as he would've discovered to filter the drop-down list. Also if you were trying to pull down information about the fleet units such as the type of vehicle or the colour or the age you would not be able to do that with a simple shared multiple choice field, that is the whole purpose of relationships.
