Rich text formula field does not show under rich text field options menu

Has anyone else experienced this as well? I haven't found any posts mentioning this, so I figured I'd ask here. I created two rich text fields, in hopes that I could add some HTML/CSS to each field, but there is no field available to add code to. The first pic is an image of the magic buttons db that has a rich text field with the formula field. The second is an image of my db with a rich text field where there is formula field. Am I missing some type of setting where I can make this field available?

    The first picture is a Formula - Rich Text field and the second one is just a Rich Text field.  Change the field type to Formula - Rich Text and you should be good to go.
