Adding Series Name to Stacked Bar Chart

Hello, 

First Time Poser here.  We're working to build a priority review rhythm that pulls in some view of our capacity plan as it relates to active projects. We already building up schedule timelines from a project management perspective, but this view is something leadership has requested.

To drive this, I am trying to build the report below in Quickbase, but cannot find a way to add the series name(Project X) to display inside of the BAR.  Using the Stacked Bar Chart, I can create the basic data picture, but it's more readable for the team if I can include the project name directly in the bars.  

Any ideas on how I can get this report onto a dashboard?
