API_EditRecord Issue

Hi Everyone, 

I'm running into an issue using an integration tool (Tray.io).

The issue is when executing a search and/or add record action everything is working fine with the integration, but when executing an edit record --with all the same settings and the updated action-- it fails and returns as due to an app token error. The odd part is the integration is using the exact same authentication and this authentication doesn't use an app token at all, only a user token.  Again - Search and AddRecord options are working perfectly. 

Any thoughts?

    Any chance that you are trying to edit a non existent record?  ie the key or the rid is incorrect?

      It's all there and correct. It's definitely an odd issue. A QB engineer is looking at the string against the API documentation to see if something's off between the two.
