API to Microsoft Azure - Anyone experts for hire?

I need to use Pipelines to make an API call into Microsoft Azure and then map some fields back into Quickbase.

Does anyone know how to do this? I don't really know where to start. I suspect it is not something simple enough to learn through the community, but am able to pay for some consulting hours.
