App to track Test Results
Hello, I am wondering if there is an app that would allow the user to build a test in a form. Send the link to the form to users. They would fill out the form (test) and the app would grade the submissions based on predetermined results?
In short this is a training app that asks questions and tells the administrator how they did.
The link to the form could be shared to the "Everyone on the Internet" role. A results email could be sent back based on an entered email address.
