Assign access to reports by report group?

Hello!

Is it possible to assign access to a report group so that any report in that group is only accessible to the roles that have permission?

For example:
Report group "COMMON" - (accessible to): Viewer, Team Member, Administrator, User, Sales
Report group "METRICS" - (accessible to): Team Member, Administrator, Sales
Report group "CHARTS" - (accessible to): Administrator, Sales

The report group would set the access to the report.
For example, if I move a report from METRICS to CHARTS, those with Role: Team Members would no longer have access to the report.

Trying to find an easier/quicker way to manage report access.
