Best Practices for EOTI

I'm creating a service order request table for EOTI.

What's the best practice to actually provide the user with a place to 'add new service order request'?

Do I create a home page for EOTI with one simple button 'add SO request' and then just give out that url?

    The other choice would be using the link directly to the add record page.

    If you learn them on the dashboard you will have more flexibility in the future to provide instructions and maybe down the road other buttons to do other things or if you land them on the dashboard you will have more flexibility in the future to provide instructions and maybe down the road other buttons to do other things or escalate or contact people.

    If you land them on the if you land them on the add new record page then it saves the user a click but this is a low volume usage situation so I think a dashboard is a better idea as it gives more flexibility for future buttons as it gives more flexibility for future buttons.

      I found an old Empower slideshow demonstrating that you could remove the quickbase header, and also redirect them to a 'Thank you for submitting' page after they click submit. However the old links are dead. Are you aware of any tutorials or links on how to do that?
