Box.com as a file storage

Question

Ok so I am confused on moving files to Box.com
We are moving files fine to it. But our Quickbase is filling up its 10gig file attachment space like every few days.

So, I could just delete the photos from Quickbase as its in box so what. BUT how can i make a link to the box.com folder in the record so its easy to go to the related photos.

If that makes sense. everything I try doesn't seem to work.

Ali, what I do is use a pipeline to create a box folder when a project is started. Then I echo back the folder address to the QB record to a field called [Box folder ID]. In our case, this is a 12 digit #. You can find it at the end of the box folder URL.

Then I have a formula URL field that points to that folder....It works great for me. You may/may not skip the pipeline part, but the
