Only thing I figured out to help was to make sure and crop the image so it was literally just the image. Meaning, if your logo image technically has white space around it (maybe the image is a rectangle and the image is in the middle but technically the edges extend top and bottom), get rid of any and all space top and bottom and sides. We actually have a second logo I found out, to use in this exact type of scenario. It helped, but I still wish I could control the size even more.
