Can an administrator change a user's password?

Question

I am the administrator.&nbsp; A user forgot his password.&nbsp; He requested the email to change his password, but did not receive the email.&nbsp; Can I change his password for him?&nbsp; I deleted him as a user, and recreated him but that did not help.

You cannot change his password, but can send him the reset password message. Deleting him as a user and adding him back still maintains him as a user.
