Can an administrator change a user's password?

I am the administrator.  A user forgot his password.  He requested the email to change his password, but did not receive the email.  Can I change his password for him?  I deleted him as a user, and re...

You cannot change his password, but can send him the reset password message. Deleting him as a user and adding him back still maintains him as a user.

I have the same issue, but do not see an option to send the reset password message.  Where is this located?

    @Paul Peterson

    You won't be able to do this solely as an Application administrator, but you can if you have access to the Admin Panel​
