Can students schedule their own appointments with counselors?

We are trying to set up a kiosk here in campus to allow students to view their counselors availability so that they can schedule their own appointments. Is QB capable of sending notification/reminders about the appointments to both the student and the counselor?  We have looked at other solutions but would like to keep track of how often students are meeting with their counselors.

    The issue that you need to think though is userids.  Presumably the students will not have userids.  Hence the app will need to be open to Everyone On The Internet.  So you need to consider the malicious use or prankster type use of booking fake appointments.

    But for sure you can provide visibility to Counsellor availability.
