Does that field name get "used up" for a different column.  By that I mean the problem may not be with that field, but rather a different field cannot find a match and it randomly grabs your problem field.  
ie is he feld for Summary Key Month Manual a perfect match?

Maybe the system is in fact dealing with that column first and cannot find a perfect match and it grabs that [Project ID and MonthYear] field instead.  That field is used up it is not available to be used on any other columns.

Good thought, but unfortunately no. The Project ID and MonthYear field is not grabbed before hand. Maybe this is one for customer support.

Literally the only time this has happened, I probably should change the name in my excel sheet and experiment to see what that changes.
