Cant See Associated Records

Hi i table 1 app - 3 tables, table 1, table 2, table 3

now i have relation of one to many from table 1 to table 3. this relationship is old and has been working fine but suddenly i cant see the associated records from table 3 at the end of the record in table 1. they use to populate properly earlier. i have not changed anything in the relationship, cant understand why getting this error, it says "

sorry...error retreiving data

 Attached the image as well. 

Only thing i can think of is another admin, was asked to delete all the unwanted reports so he may have deleted the associated report from table 3. if yes, how can i recreate the same. ? or any other reason for this problem.

  • If the embedded report has been deleted, you will have to make it from scratch and then display it.

      Can you please be more specific. which one to do this on ? table 1 or 3 ? how do i make the report from scratch ?

  • Since you are not seeing the data from Table 3 in your existing form that is where you should build the report.   I would call it Embedded for Table One

    Then on the Form for Table One, you reference that report as in the screen capture above.

      Although that does work, I suggest you make a change.  "List All" is one of the two standard reports that are created by the system when a table is added to an application.   As the name implies it is meant to list every record in the table.  It will use the default fields from the table in no particular order.  So every time you create a new field it will get added to that report.

      If you are happy with the results now, I suggest you copy the report, set the fields to be exactly what you have now but not the defaults and associate that with the form.

      As your application grows, this will give you more control.
