Hi Adam.
Thanks for your response. Date being captured in above revision history is what i want, however in a field callled - Last Uploaded.
So I basically want this information readily available in the report, rather than opening the form and clicking the revision history.
Hope this clarifies :)

I have done this before with an Automation set up to edit a "Date File Attachment Uploaded" field every time someone specifically changes the file attachment field. In the Automation I just set it up to copy the Date Modified field over to my Date File Attachment Uploaded field any time the File Attachment field on that record changes.
If you want a full history of when that field has been changed you might need to look into an audit table that just tracks the history of a file attachment field changes but this simple version will give you the last date the file attachment field specifically was changed so long as you include that in your trigger. I hope that suggestion is helpful.
