Capture Timestamp based on change in status

I have HTML code page, which displays bus route statuses, for multiple locations.
The users can update any of locations, route status, based on the service. 
I want to capture the timestamp, when the status changes and display as-
This page was last updated on : 2/2/2022 1.56 PM.

This time should be based on the last status update. 
How can i accomplish this? Please suggest.
