Centralized Management of Subscriptions

Has anyone found a slick way to centrally manage subscription lists?  Our number of subscriptions continues to grow and we are wanting to come up with a way to easily add and remove people from subscriptions without having to go to each individual table.  Ideally, we would add a checkbox field for each subscription to our "Team Members" table and then we could just check the box for each subscription they wanted to receive.  All ideas are welcomed.
