Change 1 field values in all records to blank via button

Hi 
I want to  include on main dashboard the button allowing to clear out  1 field in all records in specific table.

#Example
I have table A with field1, field2 and field3

I want to clear data in field 1 via the button included on dashboard, so when I click this button, all values in field 1 in all records in table A will change to blank

    If you like I can help you slowly here. There are a few steps. 

    The first is to create a saved table to table import to merge the records in a table into itself based on a Record ID and map a formula field of the same type as the field to be cleared with a formula of blank into the field to be cleared. When you run that import it will blank out the field. 

    I will then post back separately as how to make use of that in a button.
