Client Portal With Userids

Are there any tips out there of how to let a user sign in without the Quickbase branding screen.  I have a situation where customers will be logging into a supplier Quickbase app, with proper userids....

Another tip.  That dummy table to add records should be open to everyone on the Internet to add records, but no ability to view records. Obviously you don't want anybody to see all those logins cause it's got the credentials.
