Comments field growing too large for reports and form tables.

The text is getting to long. Want to create new field that will auto populate with the most recent comment from Comments field? I would then show the new field in reports and leave the full length Com...

    Great, thx for letting me know. 
    I don't often put the new entries at the top so my parsing formula collection is a bit weak in that area.
