Creating my own Summary (Stats) Table

Question

Help needed:I need to create custom summary reports.&nbsp; I need to have the same information that a summary report is producing, but I need it in a table report format so I can use it with Juiced Docs.&nbsp; Juiced lets me control other things on the doc - but the subtable can only pull in table formatted reports.I have a Locations Table and a Locations Sales Table.&nbsp; I need to be able to preset a date range on the locations table and have it return sales from the locations sales table as summary.Ive been told - The answer lies in a "Stats table" - but I havent been able to get it setup properlyExample:Jonies Pit Stop - Frosted Flakes - 10/2/22 - 3.19Jonies Pit Stop - Frosted Flakes - 10/8/22 - 3.19Jonies Pit Stop - Frosted Flakes - 10/28/22 - 3.19Jonies Pit Stop - Lucky Charms - 10/5/22 - 3.09I need the results to be&nbsp;Jonies Pit Stop 10/1/22 thru 10/08/22Frosted Flakes - 2 - 6.38Lucky Charms - 1 - 3.09Totals&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3 - 9.47------------------------------Michael Knecht------------------------------

Do you also have an items table which holds the unique values for the items such as

Frosted Flakes
Lucky Charms
Cheerios

I think it can be done if you are printing a single location at a time. Are you printing just one location at a time via Juiced or are you making say a batch print.

Single LocationWe tried inserting the Summary Report into the subtable and it actually provided a helpful error (most errors are not friendly) with the fact that it needed to be a table report.------------------------------Michael Knecht------------------------------

Depending on your familiarity with URL formula fields, I can try to help you here or else we can get on a consulting call for an hour and get this working more quickly.I started to type out the steps here but there are quite a few of them.The concept would be to make a focus record to hold the focus location.&nbsp; Then via that single record table coax the focus location and date range down to the sales detail table.Then make summary fields up to the items where the location and date match the focus.Then have an embedded report of items on the location record where they have sales &gt; 0.&nbsp; Use that on the Juiced EF+ setup.Probably alter the Juiced button to set the focus and then create the PDF------------------------------Mark Shnier (Your Quickbase Coach)mark.shnier@gmail.com------------------------------
