The best way to create reports with data in multiple, un-related Quick Base tables is to use reporting software like Google charts, Tableau or Power BI.  Then, put the reports onto a Quick Base dashboard for licensed users to see.  CloudBase Services has done that for many clients.  Here are 4 sample charts - all of which use data in un-related tables.  Contact us via our website and we can get you started.
