CSV Data send to quickbase application

i have an requirement like i need to upload CSV data into quick base application from my Own Personal system. i tried myself but getting this error. can some please correct me.

If you are trying to have a pipeline crawl into your own personal computer onto your own hard drive or internal network, it cannot do that. But, Pipelines would be able to access files in Google Drive, for example, because it is Cloud based and there is an official Pipelines "Channel" for that.

I believe that Quickbase University https://university.quickbase.com/ has that information. Or else you can put in a support ticket using the ? at the top right of any screen.
