Data not populated for particular year

I am newbie in using Quickbase and I recently joined an organization which uses Quickbase. The application is pretty complex with lot of relations and formulas and now the problem is In the reports data for year 2017 is not populated and I am not able to figure out why. Can anybody tell me how should go about it? Thank you

    Is it possible the report had a fixed range and its not including 2017? Go to the report and click customize if you have permissions and check the criteria of the report. Anything different about 2016 vs 2017 data that you can find that may be the culprit?

      Thank you for your response.
      The filter is set to show transactions "is on or after" the date 01-01-2015. I am able to see the data and charts upto Dec 2016 only.

      What field is it using? Date created or another date field?

      Another Date field which is used somewhere else and after tracking from which form it is being used. It is calculated by formula by adding two fields and I am not able to find the fields also. I am really confused.

    I've seen some apps where the programmer has created a Date table to store one record for each date. It is pre-populated with a record for each date, and the programmer arbitrarily stops at the end of some year in the future when they first created the app. Time goes by and the Date table is now in the past. See if you have a table like this and when the records end. The solution might be to add records for 2017 and going forward.
