You might need some one one one help to get this working, but in general the Automation can access values in fields from "the trigger record".  So you can copy children to be attached to your parent record from a source template set of records where you match on a field in the trigger record matching a field on the source record.   so clop theCommunication Intake VP/Channel/LOB table record into the child record where the LOB matches the LOB of the trigger record.
