Has anyone successfully create a dialog box and can share step by step instruction on how to do it. I think a lot of users will appreciate such instructions. Thanks

Look for how to do the IOL technique(other ways to, but this is a starter) and that should get you there. The second link in that post has the code for the buttons as well as the IOL module.
