Disable Exact Forms hyperlinks

When creating an exact form, if a displayed field is set (within the table) to display as a link to the underlying record then that field is also a hyperlink within the exact form.  I know that I can disable this option but then it will no longer link anywhere that field is used, even if it is necessary.  Is there any way to just disable the linking when used in an exact form?

My goal is that the exact form will be the total experience a user will have within our system.  They should not be able to "drill down" from the report to see any of the underlying records and/or information.

Thanks

  • I actually know very little about exact forms but if you make a mirror Field equal to the value in the link field then of course the formula field will not be a link. Just use the formula field in your exact form.

    e.g.
    [Customer # (not hyperlinked)]

    formula will just be

    [Customer #]
