Been there, done it, bought the T-Shirt.
Create a Formula Text field called [ALL] with a formula of
"ALL"
Use that as your first Group by "Column".
Obviously, it will calculate to ALL for every record so when you drill down you get them ALL.
It does use up one of your 6 Group By's but it sounds like you are only using up 5 of them now.

It worked!! Thank you!!! Would be nice if there was just a hyperlink on the total, but I will take this method over downloading 8 csv files and combining them any day! Thank you!
