Downloading file attachments in bulk from an application

I have file attachments in an application (around 6000) that I need to download from the application and provide to the customer. Is there a good way to do this without going to each record / field on...

    I have tried the link to your desktop wizard but it says page not found.  This tool would be really useful to me, please can you check the link - thank you

      But is this tool supposed to still work?

      I get a error in the app:
      "ERROR: An Application Token must be supplied."
