Dropbox Integration

Hello,
I am having an issue creating a seemingly simple pipeline: 
A) Trigger | File added or Changed to DropBox folder specified
B) Import with CSV

I have followed this course (https://university.quickbase.com/importing-csv-files-into-your-quickbase-app/1037410) and cannot figure out why this is happening.  
Error screenshot is attached.

Any ideas, suggestions, or re-directs would be greatly appreciated.

    Maybe it's erroring because the file is not shared.   Check your settings on dropbox and make sure that pipelines can access the file location.

      Hey Jeff,
      Thanks for getting back to my post. Do you happen to know where I would need to go to check that? I have tried "sharing" the folder, but it only allows me to create/copy a link to the folder after selecting "Share with DropBox". I have attached 2 photos they may help determine if that is my issue or not. We have have whitelisted IP addresses for our QB realm, so I was wondering if that may part of the problem? I can't seem to find any articles on that though.
