I can show you apps where there are global filters which simultaneously filer a dozen reports on a dashboard and that is on a "per user" basis, so each user's choice of filters do not affect his buddy beside them (virtually beside them, or at least 6 feet away beside them). It would be about 2 -3 hours of consulting time starting with the free demo of existing apps using this same "User Focus" technique.
So each report just needs to be built once and there is only 1 Dashboard.
