Dynamic rules form conflict due to Otherwise default option

Hi.
I have a drop down menu with Option A, B, C, D in a form.

I configured Dynamic rules in the form but I am having a conflict due to the "otherwise" default option.

RULE #1
When
        Option A, 
Action:
        Hide "RAN" field
but there is an "otherwise" default option:
Otherwise:
         When different to "Option A" Show "RAN" field

According to the "otherwise" default option, "RAN" field will be shown when the selected field is different to "Option A" but I have a second rule where I hide the "RAN" field when "Option B" is selected.

This creates a conflict between the first and second rules and it is not possible to combine both in one rule. 

Please, any idea about how to figure out this issue?
