Embed a record within a form in ""view

Would like to embed a record *within* a form. I.e., we have a "Client Request" form that is submitted to us. I have a separate table called Project Tracker, where it pulls data from different tables, including the Client Request. I have a reference link to the Client Request, but would like to conveniently view the full record within the Project Tracker table. I understand you can create a relationship and pull fields into another table, but this Client Request form/table has 172 fields, majority of which may not have data (e.g., checkboxes). I expect this is a formula, but not sure what that is. Can someone assist with this?
