embed image in form
I would like to embed a .jpg image in one of my Forms. How is this done.

Is it possible to use an image for the background? Currently adding an image using the Text field displaces the rest of the fields after it. I'd like to have a product picture and have form fields on top of the picture and fill in details related to features on the product for inspection purposes.
