Exact forms displaying blank page; Nothing changed...

I'll bet I can guess the problem ....

You have what is now Rich-Text fields. And when those are pushed into Rich-Text Formulas, the formula ignores them/breaks.

Fix: All you have to do is open the Rich-text formula and re-save.
