Field input request in pipeline

Is it possible in a pipeline to request user input for a specific field? I want to add a reason why someone moved from a position (promotion, job change, exited organization) which can't be automated.

    No it is not.  But you can ask the user for that input before you kick off the Pipeline, or perhaps even use the input into that choice as the trigger for the Pipeline.

      Thank you Mark, I already thought so but wanted to check if I was right about that. Your suggestion to provide the input upfront or as trigger was indeed my plan B.
