File attachment proof. Are we still able to retrieve it?
Let's say we sell the company and terminate our subscription to QB, and in three years time our customer comes back and asks for file attachment proof. Are we still able to retrieve it?

The short answer is no. You would need to pull out all your attached files and store them somewhere else before you terminated your Subscription. I know that Juiced Technologies (among perhaps other Quick Base Solution Providers) does a lot of work with moving file attachments in and out of Quick Base so you might want to contract with them to mass move the file attachments if there are too many to move manually.
